* Why did we change our Name?
- To Clarify our position in the marketplace.
The name InterTelCom seemed to focus exclusively on the Telephone aspect
of our business. Although we are very proud of our accomplishments in that
aspect of our business, we want our customers to know that we also provide
other High Performance Business Solutions, such as Structured Cabling,
Data Networking and Local and Long-Distance Telephone Service and Internet
Connectivity.

To us, Zeracom speaks of ZEAL! It is intended to communicate some sense
of the level of dedication and drive our team is willing to pledge to increase
your company's productivity and profitability.
- To Avoid Confusion with other companies or products.
Over the past 10 years that we have been in business here in the Upstate
of South Carolina, a number of other telecom related service providers
have come and gone. Many of these businesses have some version of the word
telecommunications built into their name. We wanted a name that would let
